Taartu Homes provides a property management platform that enables landlords to manage rental properties, collect rent payments, and communicate with tenants. Tenants can use the platform to make payments, submit maintenance requests, and view their rental history.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

Landlords are billed based on the pricing plan selected. Payments are processed via M-Pesa, Paystack, or bank transfer. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Tenants use the platform free of charge.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper working of the service
• Submit false or misleading information

6. Limitation of Liability

Taartu Homes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the platform.

8. Data Protection
